A listing tells you the property. It never tells you the owner.
Start from a market and end with the owner named: mailing address, phone numbers, email. The first message comes drafted against what that listing is getting wrong. You send it yourself.
| Property | Submarket | Rev. potential | Owner | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Blue Heron Cottage | Gulf Shores | $61,400 | 3 phones · 1 email | Traced |
| The Dune House | Orange Beach | $54,900 | 2 phones · 1 email | Traced · DNC |
| Pelican Walk 2B | Gulf Shores | $48,250 | 1 phone · 2 emails | Campaign composed |
| Sandpiper Retreat | Fort Morgan | $44,010 | nothing found | No contact |
A saved list, as it's being built. Owner details show up here and not in search results. The fourth row found nothing, so it cost nothing.
The hour that disappears
You find a rental doing half the revenue of the place next door. Worth a call. Then it starts: the county assessor's site in one tab, a skip-trace tool in another, a spreadsheet to hold the pieces together, and a document of half-written messages you'll never look at again.
By the time you have a phone number, the afternoon is gone and you have one lead. Do it forty times and you have a week gone, a spreadsheet nobody else can read, and no way of knowing which numbers you already paid for.
Doorclue keeps the result. Trace an owner once and they stay traced, across every list they turn up in, on every future search — and you're not billed for them a second time.
What actually happens
- You start with
- A market or submarket, and filters that matter — revenue potential, occupancy, whether a listing is leaving money on the table.
- We find
- The owner behind each property: mailing address, phone numbers, email addresses, each number marked mobile or landline, DNC or litigator, reachable or not.
- We draft
- Three texts and three emails per owner, written against the specific weakness in that listing — and labeled with the angle they were written from, so you can disagree with it.
- You export
- To GoHighLevel, or a CSV. Contacts and all six messages arrive as fields your CRM can use directly.
- You send
- From your own tools, your own number, your own domain. Doorclue never sends anything.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't send. We write the draft and hand it over. Every message leaves from your stack, under your sender.
- It doesn't quietly drop a flagged number. DNC and litigator markings stay visible on the record. The scrub runs at export, on by default, and shows you the delta first — 312 of 401 numbers clear of the national DNC list.
- It doesn't charge for a miss. A trace that finds nothing costs nothing. An owner you've already traced is never charged again.
- It doesn't invent an address. If the match is weak we return nothing rather than a plausible guess.
Pricing
Credits, and only for what we find. One credit per owner traced, however many numbers and emails come back. Nothing for a miss, nothing for a repeat.
Doorclue is in private build, so there is no signup here and no price list yet — we'd rather say that than collect an address for a launch list. If you source doors for a living and want an early look, write and say which market you work.
